The first impression: Euro Fortune is a foreign operator without a Belgian licence. For that reason, this is suited to the cautious player.

In practice the payment picture is clear-cut: money goes in via Bancontact or Bancontact Pay, and the payout runs to your bank account. Payconiq by Bancontact was renamed Bancontact Pay in March 2026. Bancontact is the national standard and therefore everywhere, the floor most often being €5.
Bancontact Pay limits to €1500 per operation and €2500 per 24 hours. Available directly, no waiting; budget one to three working days on the bank side for the payout, and the operator adds its own check on top.
What is asked at registration
Opening an account follows a fixed pattern: real name, date of birth and an identity check before the first withdrawal. An ID and something that evidences your address usually suffice. Depositing under a name other than the account holder's causes delay.
Dutch or French is not guaranteed, and complaining to the Commission is not an option. Keep the confirmation e-mails of your deposits; they are your only foothold if things go wrong.

Weekly limit, age bar and exclusion
The Belgian framework around player protection is more tightly than the Netherlands or France with effects you cannot route around. By default €200 per week per site may go in. A lower limit takes effect directly, raising it needs a check and a waiting period.
The EPIS system is the regulator's central exclusion list: after registration no licensed operator grants you access. Reversing it is not immediate. The age bar moved on 1 September 2024 from 18 to 21 for casino, hall and betting; only the National Lottery stays at 18. Age is verified at registration.
FAQ
Check which games count: slots often 100%, table games sometimes 10% or nothing at all. Read the maximum cashout above all. Check whether your game counts before you start.
Not legal in the Belgian sense: Euro Fortune operates without a Gaming Commission licence. The list is public on gamingcommission.be. It takes two clicks to verify.
No, you pay no tax on winnings; that burden falls on the operator. Nothing about that rule changes in 2026. This has been the Belgian rule for years.
€200 per week per site applies automatically; you need not request it. Set it deliberately lower if you are unsure. A lower limit is active immediately.
