In practice the payment picture is clear-cut: money goes in via Bancontact or Bancontact Pay, and the payout runs to your bank account. Payconiq by Bancontact was renamed Bancontact Pay in March 2026. Bancontact is the national standard and therefore everywhere, the floor most often being €5.
Bancontact Pay limits to €1500 per operation and €2500 per 24 hours. Available directly, no waiting; budget one to three working days on the bank side for the payout, and the operator adds its own check on top.
What is asked at registration
